The RV is in Parksville, NY, not Miramar. I live in Miramar, the RV was at my summer property and my number is 954-294-6683. This RV only has 400-500 miles on it. It went from the factory to my dealer to my campsite in the Catskills. Health issues are forcing g to to liquidate my holdings in NY. I sold my lot and the RV is now at my neighbors in Parksville, NY. That's zip 12768.

The bad: stereo doesn't work, was replaced once in warranty, failed again. They are on Ebay for less than $200. The hot water heater needs repair, no idea. Some minor interior trim damage to the center console bottom area. Last, all the stabilizers need to be replaced.

The good: AC works great, heater is fine, two 30 lbs propane tanks, extra kitchen upgrades, trash can, mattress topper, 55" TV in living/dining, 40" in MB, large windows. If it's in the photos, it's included.
