Description
The 2015 LIVIN' LITE CAMP LITE 11FK is an ultra light all aluminum frame travel trailer with dual voltage appliances and even boon docking propane powered refrigerator. The construction of this trailer is superlative with a welded aluminum frame and extruded aluminum floor deck plate. The entire cabin structure including all cabinets and shower enclosure are also all welded aluminum frames. The roof has 3" of polystyrene insulation and the wall panels are Azdel composite panels. Windows are double pane marine quality window assemblies for even more insulation.
The Dry Weight of this trailer is only 1,800 lbs. rated for 900 lbs. payload including 17 gallons of freshwater, 14 gallons of grey water and 8.5 gallons of black water. And, this model comes with capacity for 2 propane tanks which can fire the heater, hot water heater and the propane powered refrigerator.
Although the entire top cabin structure is built to the highest RV standards for insulation and comfort, the extruded aluminum floor pan is NOT insulation, nor are the fresh water, black and grey water tanks. So, it's not really ready for subzero use.
I am the second owner of this camper since 2018 and I only used it overnight one time several years ago. All tanks have been sanitized and empty for years.
All of the vinyl seat covers have been replaced with custom marine fabric covers and all plastic outgassing and smell is done since the camper is 10 years old. This did take some time.
The radio and speakers have been upgraded to an Alpine UTE-73BT receiver with USB media and advanced bluetooth connectivity and Polk Audio speakers. The OEM build came with a 19" HD LED TV with powered antenna. This antenna pulls in TV stations from far away.
A full size spare is mounted under the frame and a 2nd spare is also included in this listing.
This camper provides a complete stand up shower and all the other camper amenities in a towable weight comparable to tear drop trailers that cost a lot more. Although it is 10 years old and shows some signs of age and exposure to weather, it has been so lightly are seldom used much closer to a new condition trailer. See images of the gas stove, toilet and shower for evidence of near mint condition. The vinyl on the pop out sleeping bunk is also in mint condition since it has not been exposed to UV light or the elements for more than a few days since it stows in the fold up condition.
Both roof vent lids have been replaced and all propane lines have been rerun and leak tested by a professional RV repair shop. Squirrels had cut the propane lines. Receipt included.
