This RV is in excellent condition, it has been parked and during the summer on the weekends for the last 4 years. We added an AC in the bedroom that also has a heat strip. The mattress is a 12" memory foam and we upgraded the vent fan in the bathroom. It comes with the TV, 35' cord, 50amp to 220v & 50amp to 110v adaptors, sway bar with weight distribution hitch, and we will deliver within 250 miles. The only thing that does not work are the lights on the fireplace. It heats, it just does not light up. This is a very nice well maintained unit.
