Excellent interior. AC works great. Never tried the heater. Large size refrigerator with freezer works great. Cooktop and microwave work great.The cooktop is missing a knob. All the lights work. Plenty of power outlets. Sound system. TV mounts in the master and in the living area.

Power awning has no rips and is clean.

Included is a Blue Ox swaypro bar with hitch, which works fantastic for hauling it, and is valued at around $800. Also included is a sewer waste tank along with the sewer hose.
