This an awesome BUNKHOUSE!

You will have plenty of space to take family and friends in the 2017 Sunseeker 3170DS. This class C motorhome features two slide outs, a rear bedroom and a kid's den/bunk area.

As you step inside, a dinette with overhead cabinets is located to your right. Over the cab, a standard 60" x 80" bunk with storage offers extra sleeping space. There are optional cabinets with a 42" TV or optional 32" TV with twin beds in place of the standard 60" x 80" bunk.

Across from the entry door, a slide out highlights a sofa, overhead cabinets and a three burner range with overhead microwave. Continuing around the corner there is a kitchen sink, overhead cabinets and a flip down counter extension. A refrigerator and pantry are on the opposite wall.

As you move toward the back of the Sunseeker 3170DS, a private kid's (or adult!) area offer a sofa sleeper with a flip-down 28" x 72" bunk above. There is storage on the opposite wall.

The private bathroom across from the kid's den includes a toilet, linen storage, sink, medicine cabinet, and a tub.

A rear queen bedroom features overhead storage cabinets at the head of the bed. Double wardrobes and drawers are across the room with space for an optional TV.

We had the bedroom slide-out replaced this fall, as well as an oil change. We also had a complete mechanical inspection done in April 2024, we have the paperwork for that as well as information on the quality and performance of the tires. Its a smooth runner! Our family-6 of us traveled together last summer and had a blast! Lots of room and privacy with this particular layout!Propane and gas tanks full! Ready for your next adventure!

We live near Zimmerman and we are often at the cabinnear Deerwood, MN. You could take it for a spin at either location.
