2010 Keystone Alpine 3500 RE. First owner never used this trailer but kept it in a covered garage at all times. I bought it from him as the 2nd owner 18 months later and it has ALWAYS been in commercial building covered up. Used very little maximum of 10,000 miles. Summer use only. Everything on this trailer works as advertised except for one cable TV input in the rear, other than that ZERO issues. I have always used flat cable TV coax through rear window for cable in rear, but now just stream and don't install that anymore. New Samsung Smart TV in rear, new additional sleeper sofa on driver side (real furniture, not trailer furniture), original sofa and blow up factory mattress on opposite side. Queen master bed, NOT A CALIFORNIA QUEEN, I'm 6'4" and sleep easily without being close to hanging over the end. 13 gallon hot water heater, plenty of hot water, no need for a "Navy" shower. Fireplace in rear, dual HVAC units, you could play "freeze out" in the summer months, and we have. Rear heater with ceiling vents. Extremely comfortable. Heated lower compartments. 1 fresh water tank, 2 gray tanks, 1 black tank. Simple to winterize, do it yourself, easy. Valves are all there and labeled. NEW REAL trailer tires, not junky typical undersized trailer tires. I've had a flat on I-40 west of Nashville, not fun. These new tires were purchased from a Co-Op farm supply house and balanced precisely. Washer/dryer hookups installed with vent already plumbed for outside. Buy a stackable or a single dual system and you are ready to go. Trailer pulls very well. I pull with a late model Ford F350 and can run 75-80 no issues. Trailer tracks straight and doesn't shake. Great trailer, our family loved it, yours will as well. Removed the original ALPINE logo on front of trailer. Didn't like the graphic. Clean looking now. Thanks for looking.
