Fully-equipped 2019 Imagine XLS 21BHE ($19,000 for the Trailer and $9,000 for the Contents)

This fully-equipped travel trailer is ready to hit the road for anyone new to RVing. A change in health now prevents us from RVing, so we are selling the trailer fully equipped with everything included. Were even selling our low-mileage 2017 RAM 1500 pickup truck, which is optionally available as a complete package.

Grand Design has a well-earned reputation for quality and this trailer was built pre-COVID in 2019. It has been well maintained and is in excellent condition. Notable upgrades include an Equal-i-zer weight distribution hitch, tire pressure monitor system (TPMS), Goodyear tires, lithium battery and converter, battery monitor, air conditioner Soft Start, backup camera, Dexter E-Z Flex equalizers, dimmers for interior and exterior lights, single-key locks, built-in portable grill and LP bottle, and front dinette seat storage.

The Murphy Bed, with a 2 pad, is quite comfortable, and folds up completely made to give extra space equivalent to a slide-out, but without the extra weight and potential problems. The bottom bunk bed has been converted to a very spacious dog crate (with a view!), but can easily be converted back to a bunk bed. The top bunk is currently used for extra storage.

The trailer is well documented, including with a mileage log detailing all the trips we took (for a total of 22,464 miles) and an itemized inventory of where everything is stored. And we do mean EVERYTHING needed for RVing in comfort, including a well-equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, fresh water and drain hoses, tank additives, cleaning supplies, surge suppressor, 50 and 20 Amp AC adapters, wheel chocks and cradles, leveling pads, AC/DC air pump, 100W solar suitcase and 40-gallon water bladder for dry camping, a 2000 Watt Honda generator, Fusion2Go cell signal booster, folding table and chairs, folding Schwin bicycle, electric heater, fans, ice maker, first aid kit, sewing kit, essential tools, critical spare parts, and more. Really, everything we ever needed on every trip we ever took, plus even more spares and other useful items stored in crates in our garage.

Also included is a library of books about RVing and trailer maintenance, travel guides and maps, and full documentation (both printed and electronic) for the trailer, and its various features, systems and appliances.

The optional tow vehicle is a silver 2017 RAM 1500 Big Horn four-door crew cab model with a 5.7L Hemi engine and 38,000 miles. It is equipped with the tow package, a matching SnugTop shell, a bed liner and side boards. The towing capacity of 8,000 pounds easily tows the trailer with its total weight of around 6,000 pounds.

The asking price of $28,000 consists of $19,000 for the trailer (taxable) and $9,000 for all the equipment (not taxable). The Kelly Blue Book value of the truck is $26,000 (also taxable), for a total of $44,000 that would incur a vehicle sales tax in California.
