-All new furniture with Ultra leather 11/24
-Added Middle AC / Heat pump (Wi-Fi capable)
-Added 200-watt solar panel on the roof
-Added additional hookup for portable solar panels up to 350 watts
-Changed to 400Ah lithium house batteries 12/23
-2 new chassis batteries 10/23
-Redid the basement floor
-Weatherproofed around the basement area
-New carpet on slide out raised box areas
-Changed to snap pads on leveling feet
-Added a Victron Multi inverter charger with Gerbo gx and new solar controller, which can operate with app. This add allows the AC to operate without generator running
-Added rear rock guard
-Added 120-volt outlets at kitchen counter, hallway, and rear bathroom
-New awning lights
-Added lighting under slide out
-Includes front T-Safe stabilizer
-Newer full-size refrigerator
-New TCL Smart TV on televator
-Added coach proxy to operate lights and such with phone
-Slide out repair. Fixed what the factory did wrong and installed 2 new motors.
-New alternator, pulleys, and belt 4/25
-BlueOx tow bar setup can come with as our new one comes with one also
-Wi-Fi Ranger and cell booster included
-Going into Freightliner on 4/21/25 for service.

The bad (let me know if you want additional pictures):
-Factory tires. We were going to replace them this summer.
-Bedroom cabinet has a crack in the mirror
-Awning has some wear on the flap that hangs down
-We removed the hide-a-bed and installed custom cabinets. We removed the cabinets and installed the hide a bed from our new RV in this space. The fabric isn't the same. See picture
-Removed the HDMI switches for the electronics. We just used firesticks.
-Passenger side window is taped closed
