It easily sleeps four adults and three kids. While it is ten years old, it was only used for vacation trips (never lived in) and was covered when not in use. Everything is in brand-new condition. The carpet and upholstery were Scotchguarded every year. The exterior was waxed every year. The roof was silicone-coated five years ago and silicone-coated two months ago ($1000).
