2015 Forest River 300X12HP for sale.

We are the only owners and purchased brand new in 2016. We’ve camped in Indiana in December and Texas in the summer with this unit. It sleeps 6 comfortably and we've found it to be very comfortable for extended (3 weeks was our longest single trip) stays. We average 75 days a year in this rig and truly enjoy it. Alas, its time to upgrade as we plan on hitting the road full time soon and need something a little more home like. The generator is regularly maintained and currently has 317 hours on it. Over time we have done the following:

New 60 Amp AC inverter June 21

New water pump and hydraulic jack solenoid Dec 21

Upgraded kitchen faucet Apr 22

Brakes replaced Sept 23

Awning replaced Jan 24

RV Armor Roof installed Mar 24 (fully transferable)

New suspension, leaf springs, shackles and wet bolts Sept 24

Front Cap repaired and trim sealed Sept 24

Sub floor boards replaced and new coin rubber flooring Jan 25

Additionally, we have added grab bars to both screen doors, added a 2 speed circulation fan in the refrigerator for better cooling, added a wall mounted oscillation fan in the front bedroom, upgraded the shower head and added a Thermostatic shower faucet, and installed a rain cover over the vent fan in the living area.

Please note, we have slip covers over the two back fold over bench seats as the vinyl has started delaminating (as this type of furniture is wont to do over time.) please forgive my lack of sewing ability. Other than that every thing in in working order.
