Issues next owner may wish to deal with (they were on our list, but we did not get to them yet):

* Engine exceed blowby specs and sprays oil out the back - only fix is a rebuild, but if you don't mind the mess or just want a living space this is not an issue - loses 1/2-1 gallon of oil every 1,000 miles. We completed a 500 mile trip and have not washed the back so you can see the implications of this - shown in one of the pictures and will be left this way for inspection. This is also the reason for low price, to allow for this work if you desire.

* Airbags - we replaced 2, and were about to replace the other 6 when we got off the road.

* Aquahot - runs fine on 1 electric element - on diesel the flame sensor gets covered with soot and must be cleaned off at regular intervals - we did this once a month (takes 15 minutes) - just did not get around to taking it in to get resolved.
