Recently remodled she comes ready with: 2 new AC units, Beddies (google those, theyre the best! and perfectly fitting) for both beds which are super comfortable, faux wood floors throughout, freshly painted cabinets and trim, aluminum walls (think Airstream interior), blinds, kitchen sink, refrigerator, light fixtures (special ordered and modern), pulls, toilet (flushes like a normal toilet but with a push of a button), shower & sink (faux granite), countertops (walnut), sewer, over 1kW in roof top solar panels and lots of LOVE!
