This 2017 R-Pod has been minimally used and is currently owned by the original owner. The trailer has always been stored covered and winterized when not in use. The camper is like new. Currently all equipment is believed to be functioning. I do not have the power hookup to verify the AC unit. The camper comes with a new cover and a side tent.

There is slight rippling above the door that could be water damage although no stains are showing. The old cover got a hole which probably allowed minimal rain to get in. The camper has the original tires. The roof should be resealed before exposing to rain. Two pictures show the area above the door; inside and outside.
