This 2008 DRV Mobile Suites 36RS3 is of course 36' long, has 3 slide outs, window awnings, front bedroom. Includes all furniture, kitchen equipment and mattress (barely used). Includes underneath pullout storage, 50- and 30-amp cords, front and rear AC units, furnace, front hydraulic stabilizers with manual rear. There are hookups and closet for over/under washer dryer, includes a new set of spare blinds and new awning that have not been installed. In addition to the residential refrigerator inside, we have a small refrigerator and freezer (for the under-storage area) that we have kept extra food in during long trips, if interested.

I also have an Anderson fifth wheel hitch also available and a new awning that has not been installed yet.

The wheels, brakes and pin box were replaced 2021. AC have been replaced but it was not in the last 5-8 years. Rear vent fan was replaced in 2021, and the carpet and linoleum downstairs were also replaced with laminate flooring in the same timeframe. The roof has been coated every 1-2 years and there are no leaks (never has been either).

This is a well-made and heavy fifth wheel, GVWR is 17,500 lbs and I have a 2020 F250 4X4 I use to pull it that has a total GVWR of 29,999 lbs.
