Small. Lightweight (1850 pounds dry). Only 14 feet long. 

Of course, you also need to account for water, groceries and whatever else you bring, but there are compact SUV models that will tow this little trailer. 

It sleeps two, it has a cooking grill, a refrigerator, heat, etc. Even a roof top air conditioner.

Plus (surprise!), there's even a toilet!

The materials quality is a step up from many competitors. The windows are acrylic and can be opened for fresh air on nice day. The cabinet doors are for-real tongue-and-groove hardwood. Even the floor materials are a step up from many competitors.

This Aliner is also tall enough inside that a guy six feet tall (like me) can stand up with a few inches left.
