Queen bed in back-brand new memory foam pad (the mattress is fantastic on it's own, but I'm a sensitive sleeper). I believe it is memory foam as well. Matress been well cared for (always with a cover) and has no stains or signs of wear at all

13,500 BTU ducted air conditioning works fantastic and does a great job of distributing the cold air rather than blasting it down on you while you try to sleep.

Heater runs off both propane and electric and automatically switches to electric when hooked to power

Three televisions total, one on a swivel arm in bunk that swings out, one in bedroom area, and one outside. All are 12 volt and have working remotes so no generator or inverter required to run
