This camper has been parked under a 55' x 13' covered carport on the side of my 60ft shop. I recently replaced the tires and the deep cycle battery. It is in great shape and has never had any damage. There is some peeling on the vinyl of the couch and recliner. That is the only negative thing I can say about this trailer. It has never been used for a full time living
space. We have always used it at campsites at the lake on weekends with 50 amp hookups.
