One owner 2007 Sportsmobile with pop up, priced to sell. Van AC compressor recently went out and will need to be replaced. Would also recommend replacing the evaporator and dryer and flushing the system before the recharge, as per standard procedure. Air conditioning worked until last month. The unit has a Starcool system in it and will run on 120 volt power with the motor not running for camping. There is an auxiliary evaporator and fan to keep the rear passengers cool when driving. Van motor is in excellent running condition and is a 5.4 liter V8. Spark plugs changed at 100k and always used full synthetic oil. The battery is new. Tires are 10 ply and have plenty of tread left. The van will seat 8 people with lap beats for the back bench seats. The front seats are all captain's chairs with recline. The front 2 seats will spin around to make an eating area with a small table and stand. The rear captain's seats can easily be removed for additional storage if needed. The back bench seats convert to a full bed with cut outs in the walls for additional leg/Head room. There is another table that converts the back bench seats to an eating area also. The pop top works well and has a drop down bed that will sleep one adult or 2 children. All windows not on doors have screens with privacy and black out shades. All other windows have curtains, as well as one for the windshield when camping. Refrigerator works and will run on 120 volt AC or aux battery DC 12 volt. The hole above the refrigerator is for a microwave, and there is an electrical plug-in in the back. There is a fresh water tank with a pump and a sink with a gray water tank. There is room to store a portable toilet (not included) under the sink. There are lots of storage areas in the doors, under seats, and above the sun visors. There are hook ups for AC electricity and water on outside. The van has a tow package with brake controller and is rated for towing 10,000 lbs. The van has never been in an accident and had the front and rear suspension and shocks replaced at 130k miles. Interior lighting converted to LED for less heat and less battery drain. This will fit in a standard 7 foot high garage! This van is priced to sell as I need the space.
