We are selling our beautiful mid-bunkhouse 37 fifth wheel. No smoking or pets inside ever. We purchased this trailer in August of 2021. Fireplace furnace with auto ignition (BTU output). Tankless water heater. Full-sized fridge with freezer. Microwave, oven and stove. Bunkhouse has one elevated twin bed. There is a convertible sofa couch that sits under the bunk bed in the mid bunk house.
Trailer has outside kitchen (mini fridge with griddle). Roomy shower in bathroom with skylight. Master bedroom has ample cabinetry with the ability to hook up a washer/dryer. The bed is king-sized, and lifts up to reveal a lot of extra storage space. All mattresses have always been covered with a waterproof mattress cover. Tires come with tire pressure/temperature sensors. Trailer has Jayco Command - download app on your phone to control automatic leveling/lights/AC even when you are not in the trailer. Batteries have been upgraded. Trailer has three slides (couch in living area, fireplace/stove/refrigerator and the mid bunkhouse). This trailer has a wonderful flow to it, is very spacious and has plenty of storage. Also has full closet pantry with door.
