This RV offers the perfect blend of privacy and space. It includes two full bedrooms and an upgraded kitchen with a beautiful island. The RV has two air conditioners from the factory with a third window unit added to beat the Vacaville summers.

Included in the rent is two large storage sheds in the space. One shed is 7.5' by 10'- perfect for bikes, pool toys or other outdoor gear. The second shed is 8' by 16'.

The RV site is close to the bathrooms, laundry and pool. It has a beautiful patio and lots of privacy. This used to be the managers spot- it really is the nicest spot in the park.

Electricity is sub metered at PGE residential rates. CARE discounts are available. Water, trash and sewer is included. Application to stay in the park is required for stays longer than 3 weeks. Dogs are welcome, but a $20/month fee applies as well as breed restrictions.

There is no requirement to stay in the park if you purchase the RV. We had the RV pulled into the park by the dealership and it has not moved it since we bought it new. Take advantage of our former managers retirement!
