Well maintained 2017 Berkshire 38a, 32,000 miles. Just inspected last week in PA. Everything is good!! Oil change, chassis lube. Fuel filter and water separator changed. Full service on the Generator with only 124 hours on it. Four new house batteries installed. New front windshield last year after a rock hit.Stored under roof by myself and the previous owner. Diesel pusher, air suspension, air brakes. Engine brake. Non smokers but dog owners. New Bridgestone tires x6 May 2023. New batteries x 4 2025.No engine or transmission issues. No leaks. Seat covers replaced in 2024. Inverter works great. Residential refrigerator. Ice maker. Pull out storage rack. Truma tankless water heater. Bath and a half. Outside TV. Too big for my wife to help me drive out west. We need to go smaller. Were from PA I bought this coach in KY, it is a great motor home . I flat tow my Jeep Wrangler. Inspection and maintenance ( oil change, lube points) every year. Fuel filters changed in 2024. Low hours on the generator. It doesnt have a rear ladder anymore. I backed my jeep into it and bent the bottom half. Electric toilet in back bathroom. Black tank flush.
Will be going for PA state inspection, oil change and chassis lube this month.
