I can’t call everyone. I have a very busy/chaotic life right now. I'm trying to keep up with text but please only text if you are serious. I have 20 people either coming to see it or trying to arrange a sale. I have to handle this as a first come basis so please come see it and be ready to buy.  This RV is solid. Frame and chassis are great without any corrosion. It is a vehicle with an actual steel frame. There is going to be surface rust but there is no sign that this vehicle has ever been in coastal climate. 

 Brand new tires. Brand new batteries. Brand new awning. Has awnings over table windows. Vehicle is all stock and original including fabric and carpeting.

Vehicle was purchased in California and driven to Washington. just after that my father had a heart attack. Vehicle was then driven to Portland where it is now. Driven down highway at 70mph with zero issues. Starts right up and runs great. Brakes work as they should.

Family cannot use therefore it is being sold to cover medical bills.

Rear bunk area has new, never used twin XL foam mattresses, table in back converts to bed approximately 60" long. Closet area separates table and bunks.

Kitchen has microwave and gas range with oven. Sink in toilet area and kitchen area. Gas water heater under sink. Dining table converts to bed across from couch that also folds out to bed. Front bunk area has windows all around. Side windows open and have screens in front bunk and rear bunks. AC unit blows cold works with on unit controls. Furnace unit blows hot and works off of thermostat near rear bunks. Water pump works and all tank readings function. Over range fan functions well.

Generator turns but will not start. New spark plugs, carburetor, oil pressure sensor, relay, fuel pump, and fuel filter have been installed. New control board installed and still won't prime, give code lights, or start.

Refrigerator gives Code N. Vehicle is 23 years old and has been parked at an angle with fridge off for past few months so it may not run. Have not had time to check it out.

Rear backup camera needs new cable since original one was taken out by road debris and I'm not sure it even works as I got it after the cable was broken.

Vehicle is from California and is solid. Shows signs of delam near rear bunk windows but wall is solid, and I have seen no signs of leaks whatsoever.

Please look at the images and ask questions if you like. I understand how tight money can be right now with all that is going on with our current government. I would not be selling for the current half of value price if I didn't have to. This is a solid, great value RV. I can't go any lower in price. If I have to, I will fix generator and replace the fridge but that bumps the price up substantially more than if you buy it and do those things yourself. Come see it and you will see that it really is a great buy.
