Description

My wife and I have owned this beautiful coach since 2015, and have loved it. It's a Class-A diesel-pusher. At 28.5' in length, it's likely the most maneuverable diesel-pusher you can find. At just about every stop, couples with larger motorhomes walk by, gaze at ours and announce (with some wistfulness in their voices), "that's the perfect size."

It truly is. It has a tight turning radius, and can go most anywhere. Even my timid-to-drive wife is happy to drive it. It has not suffered the ravages of weather. When not in-use (and ever since we've acquired it), it's been kept in our climate-controlled shop (with no engine-oil leaks on the floor, BTW).

In terms of extras, the original owners paid for the premium finish treatment, and added a large solar-charging system. There is also a TOAD harness. We replaced the fridge a couple of years ago, so that appliance is only about two years-old. The two engine batteries are less than a year-old, and the four house batteries were replaced just before our last trip, a couple of months back.

At only 47K miles, it's in excellent condition -- except, like many coaches from that era, some of the leather-like upholstery began shedding its surface layer a couple of years back. It does not hurt the functionality, but it's bad for the appearance. Pictures are provided to show the three areas that are presently affected. We're told that to re-upholster the whole coach will cost about $7,000.

In regard to other interior pictures, BTW, they are shot with the slide-out positioned inward. Naturally, there is a great deal more space in the salon area when slide-out is positioned outward. When we stop at a campground, it's typically out within the first minute or two, but the space is nevertheless usable (as you can see) with the slide-out fully in.

I checked on the JDPowers website to determine what these units are selling for on average. In this region, units like this (in normal condition) are averaging a sale price of $65,380. I believe ours is in better than normal condition. We're pricing it low simply to make it sell easy.

Our only reason for selling is we recently acquired a Ranger Tug R-27 pocket yacht, and had to purchase a large and powerful pickup to tow it. Since we're otherwise going to be in possession of that powerful tow rig, we figured -- for camping purposes -- we'd switch to trailering a camper.
