Mileage has high mileage of 77,500 miles but the engine  is nicely broken in and runs very smooth. These are almost all highway miles. All six tires just  replaced with brand new tires. Faucet needed replacement and will be installed in few days.
This RV has the Ford tough F53 Truck Chasis for Class A motor homes with V10 Engine. I don't think you are going to have any issue with the engine or the transmission.
Otherwise, this is a bunkhouse model with plenty of sleeping arrangements.
King bed, two bunk beds in the hallway, sofa with a hideaway bed, dinette that turns into a bed and a motorized over the cockpit bed.
It also has two rooftop ACs and an Onan 5K Watt fullsize generator that will provide full power as well as being significantly quieter than the smaller ones.
The windshield has a line crack on the far lower right side (passenger side). Way off the view of the driver.
The windshield does not necessarily need replacement. There is no safety issue.
The price is heavily discounted because of high mileage and windshield issue.
