The Rear Booth Dinette and chair Storage were reconverted with new framing to a twin-size bed with below six drawers and, to the right side, two shelf storage. Built-in curtains for privacy are built in the front cabinet.

The lounge was converted to a teak wood countertop workbench and dinette with two bar stools. In the center, there is a small freezer, and to the left and right, two shelves of storage.

The wardrobe closet framing was kept as a made-to-order pantry built with two doors and three full-size drawers.

The double kitchen sink and three burner cooktop were replaced, and reconverted two burners electric stove, a conventional oven microwave, and a barn sink Complete cabinet framing was built with teakwood countertops, and a barn faucet features in the kitchen, bathroom, and shower.

All cabinets were painted white.

Valances for all windows were replaced with new wood finish valances.

Four countertop nightstands in the queen bedroom and twin bed were replaced and converted to teakwood.
